I will try here to put across some of my thoughts about yoga practice and teaching. This will give you as a potential student an impression of what I offer as a teacher, whether you are attending general classes or workshops and retreats.
For ten years I had my own studio in Chiang Mai. At this time I am due to change of circumstance freelancing as it were, which is a new experience for me, so this platform is a virtual studio, a home base.
On the site you will find video, galleries, poetry, philosophy, ashtanga sequence charts and much more, so please take time to explore and enjoy what you find within.

The doors open at 7.45 am and we chant in at 8 am.
Class fee is 350 baht drop in
five classes 1500 baht
ten classes 2500 baht
the rest day is Tuesday (as the room is not available that day)
